The region is a major hub of horticulture and hosts a diverse ecology consisting of scenic meadows, rivers, and forests dense with Acacia trees. When in bloom, acacia flowers make for delicious nectar for the bees, the subsequent honey has a viscous, buttery texture with a dark to pale yellow colour.
